Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using Rank Bix Pro. By accessing or using our plugin and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Rank Bix Pro licence or using the free plugin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan holders.

2. Licence & Usage

Upon purchase of a Pro licence, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Rank Bix Pro plugin on the number of sites permitted by your plan.

• The Personal / Starter plan covers 1 site.
• The Agency / Business plan covers the number of sites confirmed at time of purchase.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence or share your licence key with third parties.
• Using the plugin on more sites than your licence permits is a violation of these terms.

3. Pricing & Plan Changes

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

• Prices shown at the time of purchase are honoured for the current billing period only.
• Renewal prices may differ from the original purchase price.
• We will notify you by email at least 14 days before a price increase takes effect on your subscription.
• If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

4. Billing & Renewals

Pro licences are sold as annual subscriptions and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You will be charged the applicable renewal price on the anniversary of your purchase date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your Pro licence and loss of access to Pro features.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro licence purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

• Refunds are not available after 14 days from the original purchase date.
• Refunds are not available on renewal charges.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Automatic Updates

Active Pro licences receive automatic plugin updates delivered via the Rank Bix licence server. Updates are provided as long as your licence remains active and in good standing. We reserve the right to change, deprecate, or remove features in any update.

7. Support

Pro licence holders are entitled to priority support via our support form. Support is provided on a best-efforts basis during business hours. We do not guarantee resolution times or outcomes.

• Free plugin support is provided via the WordPress.org forum.
• Support does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or issues caused by non-standard server configurations.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Rank Bix or its services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Pro-only functionality.
• Use the plugin in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure or services.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugin and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use of the plugin is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Bix and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the plugin or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your licence without refund if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on our website. Continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Rank Bix operates.
