Migration

Bring your SEOPress data with you.

The Rank Bix importer reads the SEO data SEOPress saves on each post, page, category and tag. SEOPress variables such as %%post_title%% are turned into the real text as they are copied.

Click Preview to see a sample before you import. Anything you have already set in Rank Bix is kept unless you tick Overwrite, and nothing is deleted from SEOPress.

Not copied: social images, redirects, schema, and global settings and title templates. Set those up in Rank Bix after the import.

1. Install Rank Bix SEO from WordPress.org
2. Go to Rank Bix SEO, then Content Manager, then the Import SEO tab
3. Choose SEOPress and click Preview to check a sample
4. Click Import
5. Check a few pages, then deactivate SEOPress

Can Rank Bix replace SEOPress on my site?

For most sites, yes. Rank Bix covers the features most sites use: meta SEO, XML and News sitemaps, schema, breadcrumbs, redirects, the 404 monitor and a bulk SEO editor, all in the free plugin. Pro adds Search Console reports, a site audit, WooCommerce product schema, a video sitemap and client reports. If you need to white-label the whole plugin admin, SEOPress PRO does that and Rank Bix does not.

Will my SEOPress data come across?

The importer copies each post's SEO title, meta description, target keywords, canonical URL, noindex and nofollow settings and Facebook title and description, plus category and tag SEO. It does not copy social images, redirects, schema or global settings, so set those up in Rank Bix. Nothing is deleted from SEOPress, and you can preview a sample first.

Is Rank Bix cheaper than SEOPress?

For 1 to 10 sites, yes: Rank Bix Pro is $29.99 a year for 2 sites and $79.99 for 10, against $49 for 1 site, $59 for 5 and $149 for unlimited sites with SEOPress PRO. For unlimited sites the yearly prices are about the same ($149.99 and $149). Rank Bix also sells lifetime licences. Many sites will not need Pro at all, because redirects, breadcrumbs and AI tools are free in Rank Bix.

Which AI providers can I use?

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, Cohere, or any OpenAI-compatible service, with your own API key. You pay the provider directly for what you use, and Gemini and Groq have free tiers.

Does Rank Bix work with WooCommerce?

Yes. Rank Bix Pro adds Product schema for WooCommerce products (Product, Offer, and AggregateOffer for variable products) and product Open Graph tags. It does not add product category features.

Is there a lifetime licence?
